Summary: The ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst EMEA will serve as the primary contact for the support and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring effective communication and understanding among internal stakeholders. This role requires a consultative approach to ITSM best practices and the management of service delivery according to SLAs, in collaboration with a third-party ServiceNow development company. The position is fixed-term and hybrid based in Hatfield, England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the ServiceNow platform support and delivery.
  • Ensure capabilities of the ServiceNow platform are shared and understood among stakeholders.
  • Deliver and support demands efficiently according to SLAs.
  • Consult on ServiceNow platform and ITSM best practices.
  • Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, with additional modules as a bonus.
  • Manage upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with external service providers and maintain business/customer-facing relationships.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and practices.

Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • ITIL certifications ideally at advanced level.
  • Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, and services.
  • Experience working in IT, ideally in a Service Desk role.
  • Experience with ServiceNow toolset at developer level.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practice frameworks.
  • Experience in working with external service providers.
  • Business/customer-facing experience.
  • Proven track record of working both in a team and independently.

The ServiceNow Analyst is to be the single point of contact for the support and delivery of the Service Now platform, ensuring the capabilities are shared and understood among all internal business stakeholders. Ensuring the demands are delivered and supported in an efficient way according to SLA’s with the support of the 3rd Party ServiceNow Development company. Acting with consultative approach on Service Now platform and ITSM best practices

What are we looking for?

  • Degree qualified desirable
  • ServiceNow certifications a must
  • ITIL Certifications ideally at advanced level
  • Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, services.
  • Demonstrated experience working in IT ideally Service Desk
  • Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow toolset at developer level
  • Experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM as minimum with additional module experience a bonus e.g., ITBM, CSM, HR
  • Experience of ITSM best practice frameworks and implementation of these, ideally from an IT support/ ServiceDesk background
  • Experience in upgrades to the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience of working with external service providers.
