Summary: The iTrent System Consultant role involves providing maternity cover for a public sector body focused on the UK's energy transition. The consultant will be responsible for the administration and optimization of the iTrent HR and Payroll Information System, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while supporting users and collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to iTrent users and troubleshoot system issues
- Configure and update system settings in line with organisational needs
- Maintain data accuracy and security in compliance with regulations
- Create user guides and deliver training to support adoption
- Liaise with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits
- Support user onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with the iTrent HRIS platform
