Key Responsibilities:

• Defining a future-state Release Management framework aligned with ITIL v4.
• Analyzing current manual release processes and identifying areas for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
• Producing a comprehensive Discovery Report, including a high-level implementation roadmap and actionable recommendations.
• A clear assessment of the current release management landscape.
• A future-state framework tailored to the end client's hybrid infrastructure.
• Practical application of ITIL v4 Release Management principles.
• Integration recommendations using Azure DevOps (CI/CD, automation, IaC).
• Gap analysis, quick wins, risks, assumptions, and resource recommendations.
