Summary: The ITIL Service Management Consultant / Service Architect role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing IT service management capabilities in alignment with ITIL for a government project. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end IT service operating models.
- Assess and enhance ITIL-aligned service practices and maturity.
- Define metrics to track service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support improvement and adoption of ITSM tooling (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira SM).
- Develop governance, process flows, and documentation for service design.
- Drive continual improvement and enable organisational change through engagement and communication.
Key Skills:
- ITIL v4 (or v3) certification.
- Proven experience designing or improving ITSM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with or within product teams in Agile environments.
- Active SC clearance.
