Summary: The role of ITIL Accredited Change and Configuration Consultant involves working on-site at the Head Office in Northern England for one to two days per week. The consultant is expected to have significant experience in Change Management within a Service Management Team in a medium to large organization. The engagement is initially for six months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Managing all aspects of Change Management.
- Collaborating within a Service Management Team.
Key Skills:
- ITIL accreditation, ideally in Change Management.
- Significant experience in Change Management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced medium/large organization.
