Summary: The role of ITIL Accredited Change and Configuration Consultant involves working on-site one to two days per week at the Head Office in Northern England. The consultant must possess an ITIL accreditation in Service Management, with a focus on Change Management, and have substantial experience in this area within a Service Management Team in a medium to large organization. The engagement is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Managing all aspects of Change Management within the Service Management Team.
- Collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment.

- ITIL accreditation in Service Management.
