Summary: The IT User Acceptance Tester role involves supporting the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) using Clinisys WinPath 7 and the ICE Order Communications System. The position requires conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets operational workflows and regulatory standards. The tester will collaborate with various teams to facilitate a smooth deployment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brighton with a pay rate of £183.75 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new LIMS (WinPath 7) and ICE integration
- Validate functional and technical requirements are met
- Execute test cases, log results, and report issues or defects
- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and laboratory teams to support smooth deployment
- Ensure the new system meets operational workflows and regulatory standards
