Summary: The IT Systems Engineer role at a communications company in Redhill, Surrey, involves delivering a quality 24/7 service to MSP and MOD customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 24/7 service to MSP and MOD customers.
• Provide hands-on technical support and administration of customer-managed IT infrastructure.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, and applications.
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software products.
• Develop and maintain in-house product ranges incorporating various technologies.

Key Skills:

• Degree (2:1) or HND/HNC in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an MSP environment.
• Technical knowledge of Windows Server 2019/22 and Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• Experience with IT Security, VMware, and TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of Endpoint Central, Veeam, PRTG, and virtual environments.
