Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software.
  • Support printer operations.

Key Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT principles such as networks, hardware, and domains.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and related applications.
  • End user device hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices, particularly Blackberry and iPhones.
  • Experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting EUC hardware components.
  • Good experience in data backup techniques.
  • Familiarity with virtual, MDM, and VPN environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM is advantageous.
  • Understanding of ITIL and experience in an ITIL environment.

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Technician to provide comprehensive deskside support at our Mossmorran site. This is a fixed-term contract focused on maintaining high-quality end-user computing (EUC) services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deskside support: PC, laptop, peripherals, software

Scope of Work & Required Skills

We are looking for a professional with a logical and analytical approach who can work independently while maintaining an intense focus on quality.

Technical Skills:

  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
  • Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications
  • Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting

Engineer have to perform Sterling BGV and proceed with onboarding before accessing the site. Also we will have to procure PPE, if engineer doesn t have it.
