Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end users, delivering hands-on, desk-side assistance across the office.
  • Provide floor walking support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person.
  • Reset and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Support login, password, and account access issues.
  • Set up hardware, peripherals, and user workstations.
  • Respond to IT support requests and log incidents accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support when required.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in providing IT support.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to reset and configure devices.
