Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using a ticket system.
- Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including standard greetings and correct triage.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Support a variety of technologies, including operating systems, laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Quickly escalate major incidents to IT management with detailed information.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist others.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT support and help desk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
