Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using a ticket system.
  • Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including standard greetings and correct triage.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Support a variety of technologies, including operating systems, laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
  • Quickly escalate major incidents to IT management with detailed information.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist others.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in IT support and help desk environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
