Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd-3rd line IT support to internal users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Support Azure Active Directory and manage Windows and Apple devices.
• Handle networking, VPNs, remote access, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage cybersecurity, endpoint management, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Work with technologies such as Azure, VMware, Cisco, or Meraki.

Key Skills:

• Strong 2nd-3rd line IT support experience.
• Administration of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure AD.
• Support of Windows and Apple devices.
• Knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with cybersecurity and endpoint management.

Salary (Rate): £275.00 Daily

I'm currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer position with an innovative technology company based in Edinburgh. The business develops advanced technology solutions within the clean technology sector and is looking to strengthen its internal IT function with an experienced support professional.

Skills/Experience:

Strong 2nd-3rd line IT support experience
Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
