IT Support Engineer Outside IR35
Summary: The IT Support Engineer role involves providing 2nd to 3rd line support for an innovative technology company in Edinburgh, focusing on clean technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd-3rd line IT support to internal users.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Support Windows and Apple devices.
- Handle networking, VPNs, remote access, and infrastructure issues.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, endpoint management, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Work with technologies such as Azure, VMware, Cisco, or Meraki.
Key Skills:
- Strong 2nd-3rd line IT support experience.
- Administration of Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Azure AD.
- Support for Windows and Apple devices.
- Knowledge of networking and VPNs.
- Experience with cybersecurity and endpoint management.
- Exposure to Azure, VMware, Cisco, or Meraki technologies.
