Summary: The IT Support Engineer role offers a contract opportunity within an Academy Trust focused on integrating technology into its strategic framework. The position involves providing first and second line support, both remotely and on-site, while ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Candidates will support various Microsoft technologies and be part of a dedicated technical team. This role requires a customer-centric approach and a proven background in technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support via remote and onsite methods, including site visits.
- Deliver excellent technical support while adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
- Contribute to the team by delivering technical support services.
Key Skills:
- Proven technical support experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update platform.
- Experience working on a Service Desk or providing remote support.
- Customer-centric view to ensure effective service delivery.
- Microsoft certifications (nice to have).
- Experience in the education sector (nice to have).
