Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to end users
- Manage user accounts and access control
- Troubleshoot and optimise computer systems
- Install, upgrade, and configure hardware/software
- Maintain networks, endpoints, and security systems
- Assist with phishing simulations and cyber awareness campaigns
- Ensure devices are patched and compliant
Key Skills:
- Experience with Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure AD & Microsoft Intune
- Experience with IT Service Desk tools (e.g. AutoTask, SolarWinds, ConnectWise)
