Summary: The IT Support Engineer role at Burns Sheehan involves providing 1st and 2nd line support for a leading FinTech scale-up. The position requires troubleshooting for both Mac and Windows systems and working closely with a fellow engineer under the Head of Security. This is a 3-month contract with a focus on resolving end-user support issues. The role is based onsite in London for three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for internal infrastructure
- Troubleshoot Mac and Windows systems
- Utilize Google Workspace and Slack for support
- Manage communication, AV systems, printing services, and networking issues
- Deliver project management and end-to-end delivery
- Exhibit excellent communication and service skills
