Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpacking, Building and configuring laptops and desktops.
  • Asset tag and document all new hardware.
  • Provide administration and end-user support during the rollout.
  • Engage with users on-site, ensuring a smooth transitional period.
  • Decommissioning Legacy site after the office move.

Key Skills:

  • Must have experience deploying and imaging laptops.
  • Using PXE boot as a core deployment tool.
  • Must have experience using the Microsoft stack including Office 365 Administration and support.
  • Active Directory User support.
  • Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system Administration and support.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Deployment Engineer London 3 Month Contract

My client is looking for a Deployment Engineer to rollout over 400 laptops for an office move. The ideal candidate will be a personable with a professional passion for providing fast paced and high-quality IT support services.

You will be working towards a deadline for the deployment project to be completed so there will be evening/weekend work available with this position.

Key responsibilities of the Deployment Engineer:

- Unpacking, Building and configuring laptops and desktops.

- Asset tag and document all new hardware.

- Provide administration and end-user support during the rollout.

- Engage with users on-site, ensuring a smooth transitional period.

- Decommissioning Legacy site after the office move.

Deployment Engineers Experience/Technologies:

- Must have experience deploying and imaging laptops.

- Using PXE boot as a core deployment tool

- Must have experience using the Microsoft stack including Office 365 Administration and support.

- Active Directory User support.

The Successful Deployment Engineer will be working across different locations throughout London, 5 days a week Onsite.
