Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on IT support (Windows 10/11, Office 365, networks, printers, and more)
- Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and security systems

- Assisting in IT projects covering networks, backup solutions, Active Directory, and cybersecurity
- Managing IT inventory and ensuring systems are deployed securely
Key Skills:
