Summary: The IT Support Engineer role in Great Yarmouth involves managing business-as-usual (BAU) workloads and providing 1st and 2nd line support in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Escalate other issues to the relevant departments.

- Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system administration and support.
- Microsoft Stack including Office 365.
- Active Directory administration and management.
- Experience with a mix of ticketing systems and deskside requests for user support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

IT Support Engineer Great Yarmouth
My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
The role will be site based 5 days per week in a manufacturing type environment.
Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support related to EUC technologies.
