Summary: The IT Support Engineer role involves providing hands-on desktop support for a financial services client in Belfast. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 1st and 2nd line technical queries
  • Utilize Microsoft Applications including Azure AD, Windows 10-11, and O365
