Summary: Evolve ERP is seeking an IT Support Consultant to join a global organization's IT Operations team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience and be adept at providing both software and hardware support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and managing IT assets. The position is based in Holborn, London, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software
- Perform desktop/laptop imaging and software deployment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (break/fix support)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device provisioning and access management)
- Manage IT asset life cycle, including end-user devices and print services
- Assist with mobile device management (iOS and Android)
- Manage and prioritise support tickets in line with SLAs
- Identify opportunities to improve End User Computing processes and service delivery
Key Skills:
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and desktop troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mobile device management tools
- Networking understanding
- Experience with device setup, configuration, and encryption
- Exposure to SCCM, Intune, Autopilot
- Strong customer service and communication skills
