Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for factory IT systems during working hours.
- Act as a technical liaison for IT-related issues across departments.
- Update, monitor, and maintain production IT systems.
- Troubleshoot database and application integration issues.
- Manage and support user-facing MES and WMS systems.
- Handle daily operations and troubleshooting of network and infrastructure systems.
- Maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting and fixes.
- Participate in IT improvement and automation projects.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience supporting factory IT or production systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability for networks and databases (SQL).
- Experience with Microsoft-based systems and applications.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday to Monday).
- Basic SQL skills for running and analyzing queries (nice to have).
- Experience with MES/WMS systems such as WAMAS or Lighthouse (nice to have).
- Ability to conduct local staff training on IT tools and systems (nice to have).
