Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Based Workstations and Microsoft 365 Applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Assist in the training of staff on IT tools and applications.
  • Ensure effective documentation of processes and solutions.
