Summary: The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for upgrading end users' machines to Windows 11, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining security and stability. This role involves working across multiple Weatherbys Bank sites and requires travel as needed. The position is a fixed-term contract starting in May 2025 and concluding by November 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow step-by-step instructions to upgrade end users’ devices to Windows 11.
  • Migrate end users' machine profiles.
  • Provide feedback on issues flagged by end users to the core project team for resolution.
  • Support the re-build of devices to Windows 11 machines.
  • Retain a daily stock inventory of available devices to support the rollout plan.
  • Work effectively with product and engineering management to define sprint tasks.
  • Document all aspects of work according to Bank standards.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in an IT service desk team.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience of Service Now for asset management (preferred).

Salary (Rate): £31,000
