IT Service Manager (Active SC Clearance) - £500/day via Umbrella - 3 Month Contract - Birmingham (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager (SC Cleared) to join a Digital Workplace team delivering end-to-end digital services. This is a great opportunity for an IT Service Manager to lead service delivery, support live operations, and drive successful service transition into BAU.

Your responsibilities as the IT Service Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery and support (including incident management) for services.
  • Ensure services align with ITIL standards and meet SLAs/OLAs.
  • Support the Senior Service Manager with end-to-end service delivery across teams.
  • Act as Transition Manager, ensuring smooth onboarding of new products into live service.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
