Summary: The IT Service Manager at Tedaisy Insurance Group will oversee IT service delivery, ensuring efficient technology operations that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Create & oversee IT service desk for various tech platforms.
- Manage problem management processes to minimize disruptions.

- Drive continuous service improvements and implement best practices.
- Optimize IT processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the transition to compliance with IT regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO).
- Manage IT risks, cybersecurity, and business continuity planning.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to data protection policies.
- Lead IT service transitions and minimize operational disruptions.
