Summary: This role is for an IT Service Desk Support (1st Line Support) position based in Swindon, offering a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of first line (Tier 1) service desk activities.
- Assist customers with IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Document and track service requests and incidents.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with service desk software and ticketing systems.
