Summary: The IT Service Desk Laptop Refresh Coordinator will oversee a monthly hardware refresh program for over 2,000 employees across various regional offices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Reconciliation: Comparing CMDB and Microsoft Intune records to identify and fix discrepancies in user assignments and device status.
  • Operational Coordination: Raising and tracking Jira tickets for Service Desk/IT Ops teams and chasing them through to closure.
  • Logistics Management: Compiling hardware volumes, raising orders with approved vendors, and tracking deliveries across various UK and regional sites.
  • Reporting: Maintaining "clean" trackers and runbooks to ensure audit trails and version control.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Prior background in IT Asset Coordination, Desktop Refresh projects, or IT Operations support.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort navigating CMDB tools and Microsoft Intune (querying devices/users).
  • Excel Mastery: Ability to use filters, lookups, and conditional formatting to manage large datasets accurately.
  • Scale Mindset: Experience working across multi-office or multi-region environments rather than a single site.
  • Ticketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar) for workflow management.

Are you a highly organized IT professional with a knack for data reconciliation and large-scale deployment? We are seeking a Laptop Refresh Coordinator to manage a recurring monthly hardware refresh program for over 2,000 employees across multiple regional offices.
