Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst role involves providing technical support to a law firm, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues for legal professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for lawyers, paralegals, and PAs.
- Troubleshoot laptop and hardware issues.
- Support applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Manage Active Directory and Exchange tasks, including email issues and user management.
- Work with legal applications such as iManage, CompareDocs, CMS, FileSite, BigHand, and Intapp.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Customer service experience.
- Active Directory experience.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for IT and a dynamic thinker.
- Fast learner with Windows 10 experience.
