Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst role involves providing technical support to a law firm, assisting lawyers and staff with hardware and software issues. The position is hybrid based in The City of London and is initially a 3-month contract with potential for extension. Candidates should have a passion for IT and prior experience in a professional services environment, particularly in legal settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot laptop and hardware issues
- Support applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Manage Active Directory and Exchange tasks such as email issues and user management
- Assist with legal applications like iManage, CompareDocs, CMS, FileSite, BigHand, and Intapp
- Provide customer service support to lawyers, paralegals, and PAs
Key Skills:
- Office 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Customer service experience
