Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst role is a hybrid position based in The City of London, focused on providing technical support to a law firm for a duration of 3 months, with potential for extension. The analyst will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and support various legal applications. Candidates should possess a passion for IT and prior experience in a professional services environment, particularly within a law firm. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot laptop and hardware issues.
  • Support applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Manage user accounts and email issues using Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Work with legal applications such as iManage, CompareDocs, CMS, FileSite, BigHand, and Intapp.
  • Provide customer service support to lawyers, paralegals, and PAs.

Key Skills:

  • Office 365 experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Active Directory experience.
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
