Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Engineer role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd line support within a large organization in London. The position requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT Service Desk tickets, and ensuring a positive user experience. The successful candidate will also assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. This is a full-time, on-site position with a rolling contract of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd Line Support
  • Support hardware and software troubleshooting, including: Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and use of ticketing systems
  • Manage IT Service Desk tickets, including incidents, service requests, and user account administration
  • Provide customer service and technical support, ensuring efficient issue resolution and a positive user experience
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth IT setup for new starters and leavers

Key Skills:

  • Experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support roles
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and Office 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Intune
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service skills
