Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst role involves providing technical support for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems in a central London office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
  • Manage Mac device deployment, management, and security compliance.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
  • Use inTune, Patch My PC, or Altiris SMA for software deployment and patch management.
  • Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
