Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst role involves providing technical support for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems in a central London office. The position is on-site five days a week and is initially for a duration of six months. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
- Manage Mac device deployment, management, and security compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Use inTune, Patch My PC, or Altiris SMA for software deployment and patch management.
- Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
- Experience with Mac device deployment, management, and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience using inTune, Patch My PC, or Altiris SMA for software deployment and patch management.
