Summary: The IT Service Desk Analyst at Greencore serves as the first point of contact for IT issues, managing incidents and service requests to support the company's Just in Time Manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and respond to IT issues received via phone or support portal.
  • Provide first-line support with a focus on achieving a high first-line fix rate.
  • Manage user account administration and troubleshoot PC-related issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party support teams for unresolved issues.
  • Track and manage service quality from partners in line with contractual obligations.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to improve service delivery.
