Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Process and resolve IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow.
- Office Support: Perform daily walkthroughs of office and meeting room areas, proactively troubleshooting equipment and functionality.
- Technical Support: Act as the local IT contact for hardware/software troubleshooting, network issues, and mobile device management.
- Asset Management: Handle lifecycle replacements for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, including inventory management for joiners and leavers.
- Project Participation: Assist in local and global IT projects and deliver simple training sessions for users.
What You Bring
- Experience: Ideally 3+ years of relevant IT operations or end-user support experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms), and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
- Hardware Knowledge: Experience with AV/video conferencing equipment, telecommunications, and device provisioning (workstations, iOS/Android).
- Professional Approach: An approachable attitude with excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, and an analytical, troubleshooting mindset.
- Qualifications: ITIL and/or Microsoft certifications are a significant plus.
