Summary: The IT Service Transition Designer role involves designing and implementing IT migration solutions within the public sector, focusing on the successful transfer and adoption of user IT accounts, desktops, and associated infrastructure. • Ensure successful transfer and adoption of post-transfer user IT accounts, desktops/laptops, and associated infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver service migration solutions in IT change, transformation, and transition scenarios.
• Address IT services transfer and business change requirements through effective service design.

Key Skills:

• Extensive IT Service Transition background.
• Experience with IT end user, end user compute, infrastructure, applications, and systems migration strategies.
• Experience in multiple site service transitions or migrations.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing IT services solutions.
• Experience in developing service migration solutions in IT change/transformation/transition and M&A scenarios (desirable).
