IT Service Designer

Summary: The IT Service Transition Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing IT end user and service migration solutions within the public sector. This role focuses on ensuring the successful transfer and adoption of IT accounts, desktops/laptops, and associated infrastructure. The position requires a strong background in IT service transition, particularly in migration strategies and principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple site service transitions and delivering service migration solutions in various scenarios.
