Summary: Whitebridge is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join the ITSM team for a FTSE 50 client. The role requires a proactive individual with experience in IT service management, particularly with cloud systems. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity and must be able to start as soon as possible. This position is umbrella-based and focuses on service delivery management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of IT services and disciplines, ensuring adherence to IT Service Management and ITIL standards.
- Utilize the ServiceNow toolset or similar for service delivery management.
- Support business-critical cloud systems in medium to large organizations.
- Produce professional service reports and facilitate effective communication.
- Prioritize workloads and manage escalations, problems, and requests efficiently.
- Analyze incidents and requests to identify service issues and articulate solutions.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL standards.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow toolset or similar.
- Background in service delivery management or support roles.
- Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
