Summary: Whitebridge is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join the ITSM team for a FTSE 50 client. The role requires a proactive individual with experience in IT service management, particularly with cloud systems. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity and must be able to start as soon as possible. This position is umbrella-based and focuses on service delivery management and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of IT services and disciplines, ensuring adherence to IT Service Management and ITIL standards.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow toolset or similar for service delivery management.
  • Support business-critical cloud systems in medium to large organizations.
  • Produce professional service reports and facilitate effective communication.
  • Prioritize workloads and manage escalations, problems, and requests efficiently.
  • Analyze incidents and requests to identify service issues and articulate solutions.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach while demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL standards.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow toolset or similar.
  • Background in service delivery management or support roles.
  • Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under demanding schedules.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to visualize solutions.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and resilient with strong influencing skills.

Salary (Rate): £450 per day

Whitebridge is looking for a IT Service Delivery Analyst to join the ITSM team of our FTSE 50 client.

Experienced required:

  • Experience across a broad range of IT services and disciplines, with familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL standards
  • Experience with the ServiceNow toolset or similar
  • Previous experience in service delivery management or support roles, particularly supporting business-critical cloud systems in medium/large organisations.
  • Service reporting skills at a professional level, as well as strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills, experience with SharePoint is desirable.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads under demanding schedules and the ability to take ownership of escalations, problems, and requests.
  • Logical problem-solving skills based on sound analysis and available facts and capable of visualising and articulating solutions to service issues identified through incident and request analysis.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and resilient, with a flexible can-do' attitude and strong influencing skills.
