Summary: Our client requires a Service Delivery Analyst to support the IT operations' service delivery function, focusing on process improvement and accountability. The role involves managing costs, collaborating with technical resources, engaging with third-party vendors, and ensuring effective communication across IT teams. The analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement plans to adapt IT service delivery to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing and invoicing processes for IT services and monitor adherence to the annual budget.
- Collate and manage data sources for KPI reporting to ensure IT services health is visible and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal technical resources for incident and problem management, producing and presenting regular reporting to IT leadership.
- Engage with third-party vendors for I&O services, ensuring adherence to contracts and SLAs.
- Manage service delivery project management, process implementation, and governance.
- Support the integration of cloud operation processes into existing IT service delivery processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with all IT units to ensure service delivery goals are understood and met.
- Communicate clearly and precisely with management and IT teams regarding service approach and status.
- Contribute to and execute continuous improvement plans for IT service delivery.
Key Skills:
- Honours Bachelor's Degree in IT/Data Analysis, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous experience in an analytical, reporting, or financial role.
- ITIL foundation certified (desirable).
- Excellent time/task management and strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large volume activities across multiple work streams.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
- Positive can-do attitude.
