Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for designing and optimising cybersecurity solutions.
  • Participate in SDLC activities, including architecture design, documentation, testing, and training.
  • Administer and troubleshoot cybersecurity systems, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures for backup, disaster recovery, and patch management.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet compliance and security requirements.
  • Manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for successful delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging security trends and recommend adoption of new technologies.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or solution implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM, PAM, Secret Management, or ITDR solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning in security is an advantage.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISP, or CISA.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and other security frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networks, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. PMP certification is a plus.
