Summary: The IT Security Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for scoping, mobilising, and managing the delivery of multiple workstreams within a Cyber Resilience program. This role involves detailed planning with IT Security leadership, overseeing program financials, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The position requires extensive experience in managing complex IT Security projects and remote teams. The role is based in London and offers a contract for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, mobilise, and manage the delivery of multiple workstreams under a Cyber Resilience program.
• Drive detailed planning with IT Security leadership and initiate priority workstreams.
• Oversee program financials and delivery reporting.
• Manage budgets of at least £5M and ensure successful outcomes for the business.
• Lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Engage with various stakeholders including CISOs, security teams, and executives.
• Translate complex security concepts into business language for effective communication.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a delivery-focused project/programme manager.
• Experience with large scale, multi-site complex technical IT Security projects.
• Strong budget and financial management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple work streams and Cyber Security programs.
• Strong IT Project Management skills and experience.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and principles.
• Good technical understanding of Cyber Security concepts.
• Experience implementing security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.
