IT Readiness Lead

Summary: The IT Business Readiness Lead is responsible for leading IT readiness delivery for large-scale, complex change initiatives in a hybrid work environment. This role involves defining and implementing IT readiness approaches that align with delivery models and organizational risk appetite.
