Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of IT projects in support of the Software Portfolio.
  • Create and coordinate project plans involving software suppliers and technical teams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define and maintain project plans.
  • Identify and manage issues related to project delivery, cost, and risks.
  • Produce clear project documentation including business cases and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements through Epics and User stories to support business analysis.
  • Maintain an accurate RAID log and execute mitigations proactively.
  • Host workshops and prepare board presentations with clear agendas and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of managing complex software projects.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project management.
  • Strong financial budgeting, forecasting, and management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project documentation and reporting.
  • Experience in managing software projects and understanding technical areas.
