Summary: The IT Project Manager Salesforce CG role involves leading a cross-functional team to meet project requirements for Salesforce CG Cloud and SAP. This position is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, focusing on effective resource management and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scope, budget preparation, and risk management. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross functional team to achieve Sales force CG Cloud and SAP project requirements and deadlines, and schedules.
• Lead team in meetings and project deliverables.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Understand and manage internal and customer governance.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress internally and with customers.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Identify and manage any risk or concerns on projects to ensure effective and timely resolution.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
