£350 per day - Inside IR35

A part time IT Project Manager is needed for a two to three month contract working three days per week. The role starts immediately and requires two days on site each week. The rate is up to three hundred and fifty pounds per day through umbrella.

You will lead the planning, delivery, and control of IT projects for the council. You will create and maintain project plans, reports, and change controls. You will manage budgets, procurement, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to keep work on track. You will handle risks, issues, and change across the full life cycle. You will ensure compliance with data protection, cyber security, and GDPR. Local government experience is essential.
