IT Project Manager - Oracle/Onyx - Birmingham/Remote

Summary: IT Project Manager needed for a global manufacturing business to oversee the carve-out of Oracle (EPM) and Onyx systems in support of a demerger strategy. The role requires collaboration with Technical SMEs to minimize risks and ensure quality outputs during the transition. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement between Birmingham and remote work. The candidate must have a strong background in project management and ERP implementations, particularly in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with applications deployment and ERP implementations to Cloud experience
• Any experience with Oracle- EPBCS & FCCS would be beneficial
• Ensure project/program deliveries successfully support the achievement of defined objectives.
• Establish and maintain the governance and control over project deliveries throughout the project life cycle, delivering business outcomes and deliverables
• Full project life cycle ownership, providing successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to project closure.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various stakeholders, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular and aligned status reporting against milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Ability to work with external vendors/professional services engagements (onshore and offshore) with the help of leadership.

Key Skills:

• Experience in project management, particularly with Oracle (EPM) and Onyx systems

IT Project Manager required for a global manufacturing business. The client are looking for a strong candidate with prior experience of project managing a carve out of Oracle (EPM), Onyx system to support the Businesses demerger strategy. The right candidate will have prior experience of working with Technical SME's to support the system carve out, whilst minimising risk exposure and ensuring quality output to support two instances of a system in synch prior to separation.
