Project Manager - M365 Tenant Migration & AD Trust

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and Active Directory Trust implementation programme.

You'll be responsible for coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver a complex migration covering:

• Active Directory Trusts
• Identity Migration
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the migration programme
• Manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting
• Coordinate technical and business workstreams
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners
• Lead governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee testing, pilot migrations, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Support business change, communications, and user adoption activities
• Ensure successful transition into operational support

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programmes
• Experience leading tenant-to-tenant migration projects
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity management
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive migrations
• Strong stakeholder, supplier, and executive management skills
• Excellent governance, RAID, risk, and dependency management experience
• Background delivering infrastructure, cloud, or digital workplace transformation projects

Desirable

• Experience with Active Directory Trust implementations
• Utilities or regulated industry experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar project management certification
