• Leading cross-functional teams, including internal and external suppliers.
• Navigating interdependencies with a major programme of national importance.
• Ensuring delivery against time, cost, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Acting as a key point of integration, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end solution.
