Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the strategic direction, development, and implementation of IT policy and standard requirements.
• Implement IT governance model, create project plans, track and report, and manage systems and applications lifecycle.
• Partner with IT Risk and Control teams to assess gaps and identify remediation plans.
• Deliver and manage large projects across multiple businesses and geographies.
• Support the Operations line team with test preparation and execution.
• Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery.
• Lead the identification and resolution of issues beyond immediate workstream responsibilities.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on development experience in programming languages such as Java or C# (minimum 1 year).
• Project management experience with a track record of managing large, strategic cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Wide IT Risk Management framework and Risk and Control processes.
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines and adapt to unexpected requirement changes.
• Experience in delivering change in both collaborative and standard frameworks.
• Strategic thinking with proven ability to lead global teams.
