Summary: The IT Project Lead is responsible for coordinating project management tasks within the IT Project Management Office, supporting multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves collaboration with IT staff and business customers, ensuring effective project execution through planning, monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiation, planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with IT staff and business customers to accomplish project work.
- Provide technical assistance to project managers with documentation and reporting.
- Lead technical team meetings and work with stakeholders to remove impediments.
- Assist with test coordination, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and communicate results and action items.
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
